New Fire Protection Standard

The new fire protection standard has been in effect throughout Switzerland since 1 January 2015. Timbatec is already planning several projects with a total of 350 apartments according to this new standard.

The new fire protection standard has been in effect in Switzerland since 1 January 2015.  It regulates both buildings in wood and buildings in concrete construction uniformly. In general, the new standard simplifies the height and volume of buildings, as well as creating an opening for wooden construction.
