The largest wooden superstructure in Switzerland includes 300 apartments, a mixed-use first floor and 200 parking spaces. For the investor project, rationalization was sought at every stage and modules were developed whose repetition is not in the housing unit, but in its function. Lignum organizes a tour of Sue&Til with presentations on the realization of large-scale buildings, timber construction and architecture, expert discussions with the TU, the architect and the client.
