On Thursday, October 19, 2023 the inspection of this exciting real estate project took place. The new apartement building «Scherli», built in sustainable timber construction and according to Minergie-P standards, convinces aesthetically as well as functionally.

The new apartment building «Scherli», built in sustainable timber construction and according to Minergie-P standards, is convincing both aesthetically and functionally. Guided tours of the building and a welcome address by Michael Leuenberger were followed by keynote speeches by the architects (Adrian Habegger and Andy Plüss), the timber construction engineering firm (Philipp Lutz and Lukas Rüegsegger) and the timber construction company (Nik Stuber).
The subsequent aperitif of the «Firechefs» offered a good platform for the exchange among the guests. A big thank you to all participants for the numerous attendance and the interest in the event.
