The two symmetrically arranged halls are located on Freiburgstrasse in Oberwangen. The cubes measuring 50x26x12 m dominate the landscape next to the autobahn. The two halls, most of which have two stories, are connected by a roof which is also used as a terrace. This leads to an optical illusion and the eye perceive the industrial buildings as a whole. In one of the halls, Velopionier, Thomas Binggeli produces with 80 employees the self developed E:Bike Stromer. In the other hall, timber is processed by two independent companies. Mosimann Holzbau and the Ringeisen joinery with their 40 employees can use synergies in the new hall and thus make optimum use of the facilities. The client was Mosimann Holzbau from Köniz. This has belonged to Hector Egger Holzbau AG in Langenthal since 2005. Hector Egger Holzbau AG was the general contractor for the construction project.
